We've seen firsthand how quickly many agencies in Oregon are growing— and how easy it is for the focus to shift to numbers instead of people. Empowered Care was built for the opposite. We believe every individual deserves real attention, real consistency, and a team that truly knows them.
That's why we're intentionally small by design. It allows Sue and I to stay closely involved, communicate quickly, and make sure families aren't lost in a system. We want to change the narrative: quality care doesn't come from being the biggest — it comes from being present.
Eligibility & Next Steps
Empowered Care supports individuals and families in Oregon who receive ODDS-funded Attendant Care / Community Living Supports (CLS) through Oregon Medicaid (often billed under OR526).
